N-(benzenesulfonyl)-N-fluorobenzenesulfonamide
CAS 133745-75-2, Cat. No EN300-56237
Reagent donor of electrophilic fluorine
N-(benzenesulfonyl)-N-fluorobenzenesulfonamide is a reagent that is a conventional source electrophilic fluorine. It has similar properties as the famous selectfluolor but is less reactive and soluble in most organic solvents (ethers, THF, DCM, MeCN, toluene). It is a white solid, that has not so a high melting point (114-116℃) and is stable up to 180℃ so it could be used even without solvent in some cases.
